Smart-Mod Apartament 70P

Apartament 70P is a two-storey year-round modular house assembled from six timber modules. The footprint is 70 m2 and the building body is about 8 m by 9 m. The ground floor contains a living room with kitchenette, toilet, boiler room, vestibule and under-stair storage, while the upper floor contains a bathroom, corridor and three bedrooms.

The Energy+ version can include a heat pump, underfloor heating and mechanical ventilation. The house is delivered from the factory for crane installation and final site works.
