PrefabFind is an online marketplace and information platform.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, PrefabFind does not manufacture, sell, deliver, install, certify, or inspect buildings or products listed on the platform.

PrefabFind is not a party to contracts concluded between buyers and manufacturers.

PrefabFind does not act as an agent, architect, construction contractor, engineer, financial adviser, or legal adviser.

PrefabFind does not guarantee that a buyer or manufacturer will complete a transaction.

PrefabFind does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, price, delivery time, certification, or suitability of any listed company, product, or service.

Buyers and manufacturers are responsible for conducting their own checks before entering into an agreement, making a payment, beginning construction, or sharing confidential information.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements to use account-based features of PrefabFind.

You agree to provide accurate and reasonably current information.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials, all activity performed through your account, informing us if you suspect unauthorized access, and ensuring that you are authorized to represent a company whose profile you claim or manage.

You may not impersonate another person, company, employee, or representative.

PrefabFind may create and publish company profiles using factual business information that is lawfully available from company websites, public registers, business directories, press publications, social media profiles, trade fair materials, and other public sources.

A profile being present on PrefabFind does not necessarily mean that the company has created, claimed, verified, or approved that profile.

We may display information such as company and brand names, business addresses and contact details, website and social media links, business categories and markets served, publicly presented products, projects, descriptions, specifications, and other relevant factual business information.

We may review available information and make reasonable efforts to improve its accuracy, but we cannot guarantee that every public profile is complete or current.

An authorized company representative may request that information be corrected or that an unclaimed company profile be removed by contacting [email protected]. The request should identify the company and the relevant profile.

We may ask for reasonable evidence that the person making the request is authorized to represent the company. After verifying the request, we will correct or remove the profile within a reasonable period.

Buyers may submit requests describing the type of building, product, service, budget, location, delivery requirements, timeline, or other project details they are interested in.

By submitting a request, the buyer authorizes PrefabFind to process the information contained in the request, identify potentially relevant manufacturers or suppliers, share the request and relevant contact information with selected companies, and contact the buyer regarding the request and related PrefabFind services.

Manufacturers receiving an inquiry may use the buyer's information only to respond to that inquiry, discuss the relevant project, and provide related products or services.

Buyer information may not be sold, published, transferred to unrelated parties, or used for unrelated bulk marketing without an appropriate legal basis.

PrefabFind does not guarantee that every inquiry is accurate, complete, exclusive, genuine, or suitable for a particular manufacturer.

Users may submit company information, photographs, product descriptions, prices, project details, reviews, messages, and other content.

You remain responsible for content that you submit and confirm that the information is accurate and not deliberately misleading, that you have the necessary rights and permissions to publish it, that it does not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, confidentiality, or other rights, that it complies with applicable laws and regulations, and that any prices, technical claims, certifications, delivery terms, and availability information are presented honestly.

By submitting content, you grant Amatium, MB a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, translate, display, and distribute that content for operating, promoting, and improving PrefabFind.

This licence ends when the content is removed, except where continued storage is legally required or technically necessary for reasonable backup periods.

You may not use PrefabFind to commit or facilitate fraud, scams, theft, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

You may not create false companies, profiles, products, reviews, requests, or identities; submit fake inquiries or deliberately waste another user's time; misrepresent prices, certifications, experience, manufacturing capabilities, availability, or delivery conditions; or request payments using deceptive or misleading information.

You may not send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unrelated advertising; harass, threaten, discriminate against, or abuse another person; or publish unlawful, defamatory, obscene, dangerous, or intentionally misleading content.

You may not upload malware, malicious code, or content intended to damage another system; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, databases, APIs, or platform functionality; circumvent security measures, access restrictions, rate limits, or account controls; or interfere with the normal operation or security of PrefabFind.

You may not use buyer information for purposes unrelated to the buyer's request; sell, disclose, or transfer leads or personal information without authorization; violate intellectual property, privacy, data protection, consumer protection, or other applicable laws; or encourage another person to perform any prohibited activity.

We may investigate suspected abuse and cooperate with competent authorities where required or reasonably necessary.

You may not access or collect information from PrefabFind using automated means without our prior written permission.

Prohibited activities include scraping or crawling pages, profiles, listings, images, prices, contact details, or search results; using bots, scripts, browser automation, data-mining tools, or automated agents; harvesting email addresses, telephone numbers, company data, or buyer information; and copying, reproducing, or rebuilding the PrefabFind database or a substantial part of it.

You may not use PrefabFind content to create a competing directory, marketplace, dataset, search service, or lead database.

You may not use PrefabFind data to train or develop artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems without written permission.

You may not attempt to bypass technical measures intended to prevent automated access.

Search engines may crawl publicly accessible pages only in accordance with our robots.txt instructions and other technical restrictions.

Unauthorized scraping or automated access may result in immediate blocking, account termination, legal action, and claims for losses caused to PrefabFind or its users.

PrefabFind may review company information, websites, public records, contact details, or other available materials. However, such checks are limited and do not constitute legal, financial, technical, safety, or quality certification.

Users should independently verify, where relevant, the legal identity and registration of the other party, references and previous projects, certifications, approvals, warranties, insurance, product specifications and construction standards, planning and building-permission requirements, payment details and contractual terms, and delivery, installation, customs, tax, and transportation conditions.

Users should use written contracts and avoid making payments until they are satisfied with the identity and reliability of the other party.

We may remove content, restrict functionality, suspend an account, cancel access, block technical access, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been violated; fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unlawful activity has occurred; an account creates a security, legal, or reputational risk; another person's rights may be affected; the account is being used for spam, scraping, harassment, or unauthorized data collection; the action is necessary to protect PrefabFind, its users, or third parties; or we are required to act by law or by a competent authority.

Where legally permitted, we may take such action without prior notice.

We may provide an explanation or an opportunity to contest the decision where required by applicable law.

Termination does not prevent us from retaining information where retention is required by law, necessary for dispute resolution, or reasonably required to prevent repeated abuse.

The PrefabFind name, branding, software, website design, interfaces, original text, categorization systems, database structure, and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to Amatium, MB.

Except as allowed by law or with our written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse-engineer, republish, or commercially exploit these materials.

Third-party company names, trademarks, images, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

Claims concerning copyright, trademark, privacy, inaccurate information, or other rights may be sent to [email protected]. The notice should include the relevant URL, a description of the issue, the requester's contact information, and evidence of the requester's rights or authority.

PrefabFind is provided on an as available basis. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, error-free operation, or that all content will always be accurate and current.

To the extent permitted by law, Amatium, MB is not responsible for losses arising from agreements or disputes between buyers and manufacturers; payments made to another user or third party; inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, or misleading user or public information; product defects, construction problems, delivery delays, or regulatory issues; decisions made in reliance on platform content; unauthorized account access caused by a user's failure to protect login details; or temporary interruptions, technical errors, or third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Certain PrefabFind features may be offered for a fee. The applicable price, billing period, included services, and any additional conditions will be presented before purchase or agreed separately.

Fees are non-refundable except where otherwise stated or required by applicable law.

Purchasing a service does not guarantee a particular number of inquiries, sales, contracts, customers, website visits, or business results unless such a guarantee is expressly provided in writing.

Personal data is processed according to the PrefabFind Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection laws.

Users must also comply with applicable data-protection requirements when receiving, storing, or using another user's personal information through PrefabFind.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to PrefabFind, applicable laws, security requirements, or business practices.

The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the platform or by email where appropriate.

Continued use of PrefabFind after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without limiting any mandatory rights available to consumers under the laws of their country of residence.

Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact us at [email protected] so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

A consumer who believes that their rights have been infringed should first submit their request to Amatium, MB in writing. We will examine the request and provide a response within the period required by applicable law.

If the matter cannot be resolved directly, an eligible consumer may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or use another competent alternative dispute-resolution body.

Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably or through an applicable alternative dispute-resolution procedure may be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania.

Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in another court where this right is provided by mandatory law.
