Where It Began

Every factory had great products.

Our journey began in Lithuania, a hidden hub of world-class timber and modular manufacturing. We spent months visiting factories, talking to engineers, and analyzing products.

The manufacturing quality was exceptional. The digital experience was not. Buyers could not find what they needed, and builders struggled to present complex products clearly.

A repeat startup founder with deep knowledge of prefab buildings, manufacturing details, and the commercial realities behind the industry. Ivan is focused on turning a complex, fragmented market into something clearer, simpler, and easier for buyers and manufacturers to navigate.

An engineer and entrepreneur who became immersed in prefab construction while searching for a prefab home himself. That experience revealed how untransparent and difficult the market was, and shaped his work on PrefabFind. Titus leads the development of PrefabFind's core marketplace logic, configurators, and manufacturer-facing AI tools.
