Smart-Mod Apartament 70

Apartament 70 is a single-storey year-round modular house made from three timber modules. The footprint is 70 m2 and the body is about 9 m by 9 m. The plan contains an open living room with kitchenette, vestibule, bathroom and three bedrooms.

The building is manufactured under roof in the hall and delivered to site for crane installation. Standard delivery covers a complete external shell with insulation, facade, roof and windows; higher scopes can add finished rooms, bathroom equipment, kitchen, doors and lighting.
