Abodu Two

Abodu Two is a 57 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a galley kitchen with appliances, and an open living and dining space. The layout separates both bedrooms from the shared central living area while retaining vaulted ceilings and full-height glazing.

The home is completed off-site as a volumetric module and delivered by truck. The turnkey scope covers design, permits, foundation and site work, transport, crane setting, utility coordination, installation, and final occupancy work, with configurable finishes.
