Abodu One is a 46 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with one private bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a combined living and dining area. Vaulted ceilings and full-height windows increase usable light and volume within the compact plan. The home is factory-built as a finished volumetric module and transported to the property.

The turnkey scope includes design, permits, foundation and site preparation, delivery, crane placement, utility coordination, installation, and occupancy completion. Interior and exterior finish packages are configurable.
