It is produced off site as a modular building and delivered for installation with Arcopod standard inclusions and finish options selected for the project.
Whitsunday 1 Bedroom
Whitsunday 1 Bedroom is a 60 m2 one-module home with a one-bedroom, one-bathroom layout. The plan is arranged for a compact residence, granny flat, guest accommodation, or lifestyle dwelling, with open living, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, storage, and large glazed openings. The building is manufactured off site as a modular unit and delivered for installation with Arcopod inclusions, exterior cladding, windows, interior finishes, and fitted wet areas.
Byron 2 Bedroom Small
Byron 2 Bedroom Small extends the Byron layout into a compact two-bedroom modular home of about 75 m2.
