TH30

TH30 is a 30 m² tutumRETREAT single-unit modular retreat house for resorts, private nature stays and small hospitality developments. The model increases usable area over the TH20 format while keeping a compact footprint, large openings and a simple building volume suited to scenic plots.

The unit can be produced with a wooden frame or a steel frame and finished with durable facade and interior materials selected for long-term use. It is factory-built, transported to the project site and completed through placement, utility connections and final handover.
