TH FLAT94 is a 94 m² tutumLIVING flat-line modular home designed as a larger residential unit with a broad single-storey layout. The model provides increased internal area while keeping a clean contemporary form, large facade openings and a direct relationship with the surrounding landscape.

It can be built with a wooden frame for a lighter natural structure or a steel frame for greater stability and insulation. The home is produced in factory conditions with selected finishes and delivered ready for assembly, final fitting and utility connection.
