TH FLAT62 is a 62 m² tutumLIVING flat-line modular home with a horizontal single-storey form and a practical residential layout. The model is suited to sites where a low-profile modern volume, larger glazing and direct connection to a terrace are preferred.

Construction can be specified with either a wooden frame or a steel frame, with high insulation, sustainable facade options and customizable interior materials. The house is manufactured off site, delivered as prefabricated modules and completed after installation and service connections.
