TH48 is a 48 m² tutumLIVING single-unit modular home for permanent use where a larger compact layout is required. The model extends the single-module living format with more usable interior space while keeping a simple pitched-roof volume and large openings for natural light.

It can be ordered with a wooden or steel frame, finished with durable exterior cladding such as thermo wood or Corten steel, and produced in controlled factory conditions. The home is transported to the site for installation, finishing checks and utility connections.
