The plan uses several connected volumes to provide separate living, sleeping and bathroom areas while maintaining a fast modular construction process. The unit can be specified in wood or steel frame with sustainable exterior cladding, high insulation and customizable finishes. It is produced off site, transported as prefabricated modules and completed through installation, connections and handover.

TH FLAT25 is a 25 m² tutumRETREAT flat-line modular unit for compact resort rooms, leisure sites and private retreat plots.
