TH CONNECT89 is an 89 m² tutumLIVING connected modular home formed from multiple volumes to create a larger everyday living solution. The connected layout allows the home to separate functional zones while retaining a compact factory-built construction process.

The structure can be specified in wood or steel frame, with the steel option adding structural stability and enhanced insulation. Exterior and interior finishes can be customized, and the house is manufactured off site before delivery, module connection, final finishes and service connection on the plot.
