Maisonnette Container 37

The 37 m2 T2/T3 maisonette is a compact container-based dwelling offered by France House Container for delivery across mainland France. The published layout combines a living area with an open kitchen, a large 14 m2 bedroom and a complete bathroom. The package also includes a supplementary roof, a covered 14 m2 deck terrace, kitchen equipment, electrical installations and plumbing.

The concrete slab and septic system are excluded, separating the building package from site works. The format can serve as a small home, guest unit or rental gîte where a simple fixed plan is enough.
