The Jay Garden Office is a compact pre-designed workspace for buyers who need an insulated room without commissioning a fully bespoke garden building. In this selected size, it gives a small office or studio footprint while staying within Bakers’ low planning-height approach. The specification includes UPVC doors, front windows, an EPDM roof, insulated floor, walls and ceiling, MDF internal lining and laminate flooring. Bakers lists the building as fully installed, with optional base, electrics, communications and internal finishing packages available.
Kite Pre-Designed Garden Room 6.0 x 3.1 m
The Kite is a larger pre-designed garden room for buyers who want a ready-scoped studio, leisure room or garden office with a more open glazed frontage. This selected size gives about 19 m2 of usable space, with French doors, full-drop windows, an insulated structure and an EPDM roof. Its external specification combines cement wall sections with V-100 MTX cladding painted in anthracite, with a Black Edition style shown by Bakers. The installed building can be expanded with base, electrics, communications, internal finishing and storage-room options.
