KONGA M Extended
KONGA M Extended is a furnished modular timber cabin with 22 m² of internal area, a 17 m² terrace, 16 m² of window area, and capacity for 2+2 guests. The plan includes a sleeping area with a 1600 x 2000 mm double bed, space for a stored 900 x 2000 mm extra mattress, a sofa-bed in the lounge area, a kitchenette with integrated refrigerator, mini stove and sink, 25 x 25 shelving, and a WC and shower with Contec coating, water-saving shower, and wall-mounted WC. Taxes, delivery, installation, and upgrades are excluded.
KONGA L
KONGA L is a furnished modular timber cabin with 30 m² of internal area, a 12 m² terrace, 25 m² of window area, and capacity for 2+2 guests. The plan includes two sleeping areas with 1600 x 2000 mm double beds, a kitchenette with integrated refrigerator, mini stove and sink, a lounge alcove with a movable dining table, wardrobe and storage zones, and a fully equipped bathroom. The cabin is delivered as a furnished Europe-priced model; taxes, delivery, installation, and optional upgrades are excluded.
KONGA Sauna
KONGA Sauna is a prefabricated modular timber sauna unit with 4 m² of internal area, a 2 m² terrace, 16 m² of window area, and capacity for 1-4 guests. The unit is designed as a compact Nordic sauna retreat and can be purchased together with a KONGA cabin or separately. The layout contains a sauna room with timber benches, a large glazed facade, terrace access, and an exterior timber shell. The separately purchased Europe price is listed excluding taxes, delivery, installation, and optional extra upgrades.
KONGA M
KONGA M is a furnished modular timber cabin with 18 m² of internal area, a 10 m² terrace, 15 m² of window area, and capacity for 2+1 guests. The layout includes a sleeping area with a 1600 x 2000 mm double bed and stored 900 x 2000 mm extra mattress, a fully equipped kitchenette with integrated refrigerator, mini stove and sink, a lounge area with storage and shelving, a fireplace zone, and a WC and shower finished with durable Contec coating. KONGA XL is a furnished modular timber cabin with 49.2 m² of internal area, a 19.4 m² terrace, 31 m² of window area, and capacity for 2+2+2 guests. The layout includes two separated bedrooms with 1600 x 2000 mm double beds, a lounge area with sofa-bed, a kitchenette with full-size refrigerator with freezer, mini stove and integrated sink, dining area, wardrobe and storage zones, and a bathroom arrangement with shower zone and separated toilet.
