X is a 41. 6 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with one bedroom and one bathroom. The model uses a long modern rectangular plan with a fully glazed main façade, integrated living and kitchen functions, a separate bedroom and wet room.

The project is built through factory production for prefab or panel delivery. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
