Nordic

Nordic is a 28. 20 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with one bedroom and one bathroom. The layout uses a simple pitched-roof form with a glazed living façade, compact kitchen and living zone, sleeping area and separate wet room.

The model is designed for efficient factory production. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
