Nordic Sauna is a 28. 02 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The pitched-roof layout is suitable for leisure plots, short-stay accommodation or compact residential use where sleeping, living and wet-room functions are combined in one structure. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
