Nordic Single

Nordic Single is a 38 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with two bedrooms and one bathroom. The model extends the Nordic concept into a larger compact dwelling with a central living area, usable sleeping rooms and a glazed gable façade facing the terrace.

The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
