O2M is a 43. 4 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with one bedroom and one bathroom.

The design uses a rounded rectangular shell, large sliding glazing and a covered terrace-like front zone, creating a compact unit for permanent living, rental or leisure use. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
