Nordic Plus

Nordic Plus is a 42. 2 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The layout provides a larger open living area than the smaller Nordic models, with a pitched roof, glazed gable, side openings and terrace-facing access. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
