Elva

Elva is a 30. 23 m² prefabricated timber-frame house with one bedroom and one bathroom. The model has a compact pitched-roof form with protected terrace frontage, glazed openings and an efficient layout for small residential or holiday use.

It is produced in factory conditions for prepared-site installation. The specification includes a C24 impregnated pine frame, rockwool insulation, wind and vapor membranes, Ruukki Classic metal roofing, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical works, water and sewerage pipes, tiled bathroom areas, laminate floors, interior finishing and exterior finishing.
