Strathmore

Strathmore is an 88 m2 two-bedroom, two-bathroom modular home for small-family or worker accommodation use. The farmhouse-style plan places an open kitchen, dining and living area beside two private bedrooms, each with a sliding-door robe and direct access to its own bathroom with a large shower.

It is factory-built with Australian-made TRUECORE steel framing, COLORBOND roofing and cladding and Polytec cabinetry. The base scope covers design, structural engineering and factory construction; transport, installation, site works and connections are quoted separately.
