Barnhaus

Barnhaus is a 257 m2 four-bedroom, two-bathroom modular home formed from four factory-built modules. The plan provides separate family and living zones, a central kitchen, a private main-bedroom suite and an alfresco area for family, rural or retreat use.

It is manufactured offsite with Australian-made TRUECORE steel framing, COLORBOND roofing and cladding, Polytec cabinetry and specified appliances. The base scope includes design, structural engineering and factory construction; delivery, installation, site works and connections are quoted separately.
