Hamersley is a 101 m2 three-bedroom, one-bathroom modular home with a compact family layout. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, pantry and overhead cupboards overlooking the open dining and living area; all bedrooms include sliding robes, and the dual-entry bathroom has a large shower.

It is factory-built with Australian-made TRUECORE steel framing, COLORBOND roofing and cladding and Polytec cabinetry. Design, structural engineering and factory manufacture form the base scope; transport, installation, site works and utility connections are quoted separately.
