Foxy is a 132 m2 three-bedroom, two-bathroom modular home with a dedicated study and a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living zone. The main bedroom includes a walk-in robe and ensuite, the secondary bedrooms have built-in storage, and a separate laundry supports family use.

It is manufactured offsite with Australian-made TRUECORE steel framing, COLORBOND roofing and cladding and Polytec cabinetry. The base scope covers design, structural engineering and factory construction; delivery, installation, site works, approvals and service connections are priced separately.
