Trys Pušelės is a modular single-storey house family offered from 55 m², with Z, W and S plan versions covering 55-75 m² of living area and 73-96 m² exterior area. The model has a flat roof, showcase windows, 2-3 bedrooms, one bathroom and 16 x 9 m overall dimensions.

The construction is based on calibrated C24 timber, windproof wall boards, bituminous roof covering, thermowood facade cladding, mineral wool insulation and Basic, Standard, Premium, Premium+ or Custom packages.
