Modular 60 - option C

Modular 60 - option C is a 60 m² underground reinforced-concrete modular house with a big open living area, two separate rooms and a sauna. The layout is suited to hosting guests, family stays or retreat-style accommodation, while an additional cross-vaulted module extends the usable space outdoors for dining or lounge use.

The building is formed from insulated concrete modules with vaulted ceilings and fast on-site installation. After placement, the modules are connected, services are linked and the exterior is covered with soil.
