RISE Modular provides development, design, preconstruction, manufacturing and general contracting for custom multifamily and hospitality projects. Fully enclosed modules are built in a climate-controlled Minnesota facility with structural, interior and MEP work sequenced on a production line.

The company coordinates modular design, procurement, factory production, quality control, logistics, setting, site construction and building completion from early development through certificate of occupancy, primarily across the central United States.
