Apartament 115 is a larger single-storey modular house built from five factory-made timber modules. The footprint is 115 m2 and the body is about 15 m by 8 m. The layout contains a spacious living room with island kitchen, dressing room, vestibule, corridor, bathroom, separate toilet and four bedrooms.

The exterior is completed with facade, roof, insulation and windows before delivery. Interior finishing is available from developer standard with boards and installations to turnkey completion with kitchen, bathroom, doors, floors and lights.
