Sigrid is an 80 m² single-storey modular residential house with a 79. 98 m² usable layout. The plan includes an entrance, corridor, open kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, one bathroom and a storage room.

The house is built in factory conditions as a timber modular structure and delivered for installation on site. The specification includes insulated roof, walls and floor, painted façade cladding, VEKA triple-glazed windows, internal partitions, painted interior surfaces, laminate flooring, tiled bathroom finish, heating, ventilation, electrical, water and sewerage systems.
