Hemsworth

Hemsworth is a 133 m2 three-bedroom, two-bathroom modular home formed from a bedroom module and a main living module. The sleeping wing contains the main bedroom and two secondary bedrooms, while the second module provides the kitchen, dining and living spaces; an alfresco area is optional.

It is factory-built with Australian-made TRUECORE steel framing, COLORBOND roofing and cladding and Polytec cabinetry. The base scope covers design, structural engineering and factory construction; transport, installation, site works and connections are quoted separately.
