Garden house 21 m²

Garden house 21 m² is a compact VIA-S modular timber unit for garden, leisure or light accommodation use. The model is listed in the sales-project range and uses the company’s prefabricated module approach with factory preparation, transport to site and quick installation.

The construction follows the VIA-S modular system with wooden-panel envelope, exterior timber finish, insulated walls, floor and roof, triple-glazed openings, technical documentation and optional adaptation of facade colour, window placement and interior setup according to project needs.
