DH60 Single-Storey House is a single-storey house with 55 m2. Its plan has two bedrooms, one central bathroom, a living room with kitchenette, pantry and separate plant room. It uses C24 timber framing, ROCKWOOL insulation and Fermacell or plasterboard lining, with timber, metal or rendered facade options.

The pitched roof is insulated and may use sheet metal or tile. Basic, Comfort and Premium packages vary windows, services and finishes. The standard design excludes plot adaptation; changes and transport are quoted.
