CUBE28 Compact Modular House

CUBE28 Compact Modular House is a factory-built module with 22 m2. Its plan has one bedroom, a shower bathroom, circulation space and an open living room with kitchenette. The glued-timber frame uses ROCKWOOL insulation, OSB sheathing and protective membranes, with facade and roof choices set by package.

Basic, Comfort and Premium versions vary the windows, bathroom, kitchen, installations and furniture. The unit can serve as a year-round home, guest room or workspace. Assembly is stated at up to two days; delivery within 100 km is included.
