DH44 House with Mezzanine is a compact house with a mezzanine with 39 m2. Its plan has an open living and kitchen zone, one bathroom and a flexible mezzanine rather than a fixed enclosed bedroom. It uses C24 timber framing, ROCKWOOL insulation and Fermacell or plasterboard lining, with timber, metal or rendered facade options.

The pitched roof is insulated and may use sheet metal or tile. Basic, Comfort and Premium packages vary windows, services and finishes. The standard design excludes plot adaptation; changes and transport are quoted.
