12-Bay Dogtrot

The 12-Bay Dogtrot provides 80 m2 of enclosed interior space and 142 m2 overall. Two wings contain two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, while a covered central dogtrot lanai separates the main living wing from the second sleeping suite. The main wing includes an open kitchen, dining and living area.

The flat-pack structure uses an extruded aluminum frame, adjustable foundation feet and modular wall panels. The standard configuration includes kitchen appliances, cabinetry, bedroom storage, washer and dryer, mini-split HVAC, hot-water equipment and smart lighting.
