3-Bay ADU

The 3-Bay ADU provides 20 m2 of enclosed interior space and 33 m2 overall, including its entrance deck. The layout contains one bedroom, one full bathroom and a combined kitchen and living area.

The flat-pack structure uses an extruded aluminum frame, adjustable foundation feet and modular wall panels. The standard configuration includes cabinetry, refrigerator, oven, cooktop, microwave, washer and dryer, mini-split HVAC, hot-water equipment, smart lighting, hardwood flooring and composite decking.
