ANIX
ANIX is a fully finished all-season modular house with 51 m² total area, 39.49 m² residential area and 11.51 m² terrace. The layout includes a lobby, bathroom, living room with kitchen, one bedroom and terrace. The factory scope includes full interior finishing, an air-to-air heat pump, PVC windows and doors, and technical project documentation. The listed factory kit excludes pile foundation, utilities, approval, transport and installation work. Building area is listed as 60 m² and height as 3.2 m.
LINEA
LINEA is a fully finished all-season modular house listed as a camping or holiday-home model. The public page states 43 m² total area, including 34 m² residential area, 2 m² terrace and 9 m² loft area. The layout is described with a bedroom, living room with kitchen, shower area and upper relaxation zone. The listed scope includes full finishing, built-in kitchen and storage furniture, infrared heating, PVC windows and doors, and technical project documentation. Foundation, utilities, approvals, transport and installation are excluded.
VERBERA
VERBERA is a two-storey fully finished all-season modular house with 101.14 m² total area, 73.3 m² residential area and 27.84 m² terrace area. The layout includes three bedrooms with wardrobe space, corridor zones, living room with kitchen, dressing room, bathroom with bath and shower, and terraces on both levels. The factory scope includes full finishing, air-to-air heating, PVC windows and doors, and technical project documentation. Foundation, utilities, approval, transport and installation are excluded from the kit price.
AURELIA
AURELIA is a fully finished all-season modular house intended for camping, guest accommodation or a compact holiday home. The model has 43 m² total area, including 34 m² residential area, 2 m² terrace and 9 m² loft area. The interior includes a bedroom, living room with kitchen, shower area and an upper net zone for rest or entertainment. The listed scope includes full finishing, built-in furniture, infrared heating, PVC windows and doors, and technical project documentation. MATRIX
MATRIX is a fully finished all-season modular house with a 49.5 m² residential area and a large 20 m² terrace. The plan includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a corridor, porch and a living room combined with kitchen. The factory scope includes full finishing, air-to-air heating, PVC windows and doors, and technical project documentation. Pile foundation, engineering networks, approval, transport and installation are excluded from the listed factory kit price. The project is designed as a single-storey modular home.
