8 m² and 9. 1 m², and a 5. 6 m² entrance zone. The house is produced as a modular building with timber exterior finish, metal roofing, insulated wall, roof and floor panels, triple-glazed PVC openings, electrical wiring, plumbing preparation and exterior lighting.
