Barn 45

Barn 45 is a 46 m2 barn-style modular home with an L-shaped composition and terrace-oriented exterior. The structure is made from a wooden frame and delivered as a finished base building for residential or leisure use.

The scope includes profiled metal roofing, profiled sheet and pine planken facade surfaces, timber lamella interior walls and ceilings, laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring with fittings, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
