Scandinavia Home manufactures and sells turnkey modular homes from Kyiv for buyers across Ukraine. The company offers ready-made Barn, Modern and Scandinavian-style models as well as individual projects.
Houses are produced in a covered workshop, delivered to the buyer’s plot with interior finishing, windows, doors, electrical systems, ventilation, plumbing and floor coverings installed, and assembled on site. It also provides foundations, site planning, logistics visits and on-site construction support.

Scandinavia 83 is an 83 m2 modular home in a Scandinavian style. The building is produced as a timber-frame modular structure and supplied in a base configuration for residential use. The specification includes a profiled sheet roof in RAL 7016, profiled sheet and pine planken facade areas, timber lamella wall and ceiling finish, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, interior doors, and sanitary preparation.
Barn 47
Barn 47 is a 40 m2 barn-style modular home designed for compact residential or holiday use. The house is built from a wooden frame and delivered in a base sale configuration. The scope includes a profiled sheet roof in RAL 7016, profiled sheet and pine planken facade finish, timber lamella interior walls and ceilings, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF interior doors, and sanitary preparation.
Scandinavia 63
Scandinavia 63 is a 63 m2 modular house with a simple Scandinavian exterior and a compact full-year living format. The base specification uses a wooden frame, insulated envelope, profiled metal roof, mixed profiled sheet and pine planken facade, timber lamella interior finish, 33 class laminate floors, PVC doors and windows, electrical points distributed through the home, MDF interior doors, and prepared plumbing. The model can be delivered or assembled by the manufacturer.

Scandinavia 70 is a 70 m2 modular home produced in a Scandinavian style for residential, leisure, or site-based living. The model uses a timber-frame structure with 150 mm basalt wool insulation and factory-fitted external and internal finishes. The base delivery includes a profiled sheet roof, facade cladding with profiled metal and pine planken, timber lamella walls and ceilings, laminate flooring, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
Modern 50
Modern 50 is a 50 m2 modular home with a flat modern composition and a compact internal living layout. The building is manufactured using a wooden frame and delivered in the manufacturer’s base configuration.
