Barn 40

Barn 40 is a 40 m2 modular barn house with a narrow rectangular plan and large glazed front elevation. The building is manufactured from a wooden frame and supplied as a base-finished modular home.

It includes a profiled sheet roof, profiled metal and pine planken facade cladding, timber lamella walls and ceiling, 33 class laminate flooring, 150 mm basalt wool insulation, PVC windows and doors, electrical wiring, MDF internal doors, and sanitary preparation.
