The 59. 5 m² model is a standard Box Homes timber-frame modular house intended for compact year-round living or leisure use.

The published page describes a warm wooden-frame module with painted exterior finish, roof covering, triple-glazed PVC windows and doors, plasterboard interior finish, electrical installation, water and sewage connection points and ventilation. The building is factory-prepared, transported to the site and installed on prepared foundations with the main service connection works completed during assembly.
