ZE HOME manufactures modular timber-frame homes engineered for passive performance, solar generation and near-zero or positive annual energy balance. Its houses use 300–350 mm insulation, airtight construction, heat-recovery ventilation and solar panels to cover heating, hot water and indoor air exchange.

The basic package is designed as a fully ready home, including utilities, finishes, lighting, bathroom equipment, kitchen appliances and built-in furniture.
