Abodu Studio
Abodu Studio is a 32 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with an open studio sleeping and living area, one bathroom, a galley kitchen with appliances, vaulted ceilings, and full-height windows. The unit is built off-site in a controlled factory and delivered as a finished volumetric module. The turnkey project scope covers design, permits, foundation and site preparation, transport, crane placement, utility coordination, installation, and final occupancy work. Exterior finishes and interior selections can be configured before production.
Abodu Two
Abodu Two is a 57 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, a galley kitchen with appliances, and an open living and dining space. The layout separates both bedrooms from the shared central living area while retaining vaulted ceilings and full-height glazing. The home is completed off-site as a volumetric module and delivered by truck. The turnkey scope covers design, permits, foundation and site work, transport, crane setting, utility coordination, installation, and final occupancy work, with configurable finishes.
Abodu Two Plus
Abodu Two Plus is a 74 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, including a primary bedroom suite. The plan provides a full kitchen, open living and dining space, vaulted ceilings, full-height windows, and storage distributed around the private rooms. The unit is factory-built and transported as a finished volumetric home. The turnkey scope includes design, permitting, foundation and site preparation, delivery, crane placement, utility coordination, installation, and occupancy completion. Finish selections are configurable before production.
Abodu One
Abodu One is a 46 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with one private bedroom, one bathroom, a full kitchen, and a combined living and dining area. Vaulted ceilings and full-height windows increase usable light and volume within the compact plan. The home is factory-built as a finished volumetric module and transported to the property. The turnkey scope includes design, permits, foundation and site preparation, delivery, crane placement, utility coordination, installation, and occupancy completion. Interior and exterior finish packages are configurable.
Abodu Three Plus
Abodu Three Plus is a forthcoming 111 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the largest standard Abodu floor area. The plan is intended for full-time family use, multigenerational occupancy, rental housing, or replacement housing and is designed for California HCD approval. The home is factory-built as a volumetric module and transported to the prepared site. Abodu coordinates permitting, foundation and site work, delivery, crane setting, utility connections, installation, and final occupancy activities. Public pricing and detailed floor-plan specifications have not yet been released.
