Abodu Studio

Abodu Studio is a 32 m2 modular accessory dwelling unit with an open studio sleeping and living area, one bathroom, a galley kitchen with appliances, vaulted ceilings, and full-height windows. The unit is built off-site in a controlled factory and delivered as a finished volumetric module.

The turnkey project scope covers design, permits, foundation and site preparation, transport, crane placement, utility coordination, installation, and final occupancy work. Exterior finishes and interior selections can be configured before production.
