Vancouver is a cedar-clad modular mobile home for year-round residential use, supplied turnkey from 40 m2 with larger layouts available. The floor plan can be configured for living, kitchen, dining, bedroom, bathroom, and storage spaces.

The building is constructed from high-quality cedar wood with 19 to 28 cm wall build-ups, triple-glazed windows, and an insulated envelope. For private land, the house can be delivered according to EnEV requirements, with finishes and equipment selected per project.
