St. Lucia Typ A is an all-season modular mobile home supplied turnkey with a freely configurable layout. The base planning size starts at 39 m2 and the model can be expanded for larger residential or holiday use.

The layout can include living, dining, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and storage zones according to the project brief. Material and equipment packages are selected to budget, with energy-saving construction, high-grade insulation, and a mobile structure suitable for first or second residence use.
